Thanksgiving Weekend

Last Wednesday, Adam and I flew to Dallas, Texas to spend a long Thanksgiving weekend with Adam's dad and step mom, Suzanne!! We had a wonderful time, relaxing, having a fabulous T-giving dinner, and shopping/eating out in Plano. We really enjoyed a longer visit with them, as they are usually so rushed. On Saturday, we went downtown Dallas for the King Tut exhibit and the JFK Memorial/Museum. Very cultured of us. :) Thank you to Roy and Suzanne for such a special weekend. I'm sorry that my dumb camera needs help taking nighttime pictures!!

Here are some initial photos of the guys making "turkey jerky!"

Adam and I on Thanksgiving Day

Out to a superb dinner in Plano at Jasper's...photos by the beautiful tree in the plaza (we ate Coldstone after dinner, which turned out to be quite the debacle and also made us feel yucky. No photos of that, thank goodness.)

Photos of our day downtown Dallas. You'll see the "grassy knoll" and the former Texas School Book Depository in the photos, along with a few of us out to lunch.
